Description
Description
Lehmannia valentiana is a slug that can be identified by the dark bands on its pale body and, rather unpleasantly, by its unusually watery mucus trail. It is a notorious pest of greenhouses, feeding at night and damaging plants and vegetables. It causes particular damage to young plants, and commercial crops can be contaminated by its slime and feces.
