Coney (Cephalopholis fulva) is a western Atlantic species of ray-finned fish, present along the coastlines of Southern United States, Central America, and Brazil. It is associated with reefs and its bright colors make it a popular species with divers. Due to its small size and attractive look, coney is also a popular aquarium fish.
