Description
The brooding anemone is usually found affixed to rocks, but it sometimes attaches itself to a Hermit crab or Decorator crab. This way, the anemone gains mobility and moves faster, while the crab gets extra protection. Without this unusual mode of transportation, the brooding anemone can move only a few inches per hour.
