Description
Native to the Indo-Pacific, the yellowfin goatfish is a nocturnal hunter that feeds on crustaceans and sea worms. A reef-dwelling fish, the yellowfin goatfish spends its days drifting in large schools. Like all goatfish it has barbels extending from its chin that help it to dig in the sand for food.
