Manybar goatfish (Parupeneus multifasciatus) is a small, attractive species of goatfish native to the Indo-Pacific region. It is found at small depths in connection with coral reefs, where it preys mostly on small crabs and shrimp. Manybar goatfish is commercially harvested species, and is also kept in large marine aquariums as a sand-sifter.
