Description
It is a small, compact fish, approximately 135 mm long. The fish has very large eyes and a large, sloping mouth. The body is pale gray on the back, yellow on the sides and very small red-brown dots occur throughout the body. The tip of the back and tail fin is black, and the vent fin has a thin black edge.
