Bluestriped fangblenny (Plagiotremus rhinorhynchos) is a "false" cleaner fish that, unlike true cleaner fish, does not purge the host of parasites and dead tissue but instead nibbles at the host's own flesh. Interestingly, its bite contains an opioid-based venom that dulls the host's senses, allowing bluestriped fangblenny to feed and escape.
