Description
The blue-lined goatfish (Upeneichthys lineatus) can be found around eastern and southern Australia. It has a downturned mouth and a pair of barbells that it uses in its hunt for small, bottom-dwelling prey. The blue-lined goatfish is harvested commercially for fish markets, but exists in large enough numbers that there is no current concern over their population.
