東北小鯢（學名：Hynobius leechii）為小鯢科小鯢屬的兩棲動物，俗名水麻蛇子、小娃娃魚、水蛇子、烏魚。主要分布在朝鮮半島，另外也出現在臨近的中國黑龍江、遼寧、吉林等地和韓國濟州特別自治道。一般生活於群山密林的山溝里。其生存的海拔範圍為200至836米。該物種的模式產地在朝鮮元山及遼寧丹東。
